Cet appartement possède une Installation wifi haut début avec TV écran plan et Plusieurs bouquets numériques, ainsi qu'un chauffe eau avec surpresseur d'eau.

Cet appartement est situé dans un très bel immeuble sécurisé, au design et à la décoration moderne. L'immeuble est sous videosurveillance et l'accès se fait par badges personnalisés et un système d'interphone/videophone pour permettre aux locataires de gérer leurs visiteurs.

Important: ELECTRICITE : L'Électricité est partiellement à votre charge. Elle est facturée 200 fcfa le KWH (0,3 centime d’Euro) sur la base de votre consommation. Les équipements concernés sont la Climatisation, les Machines à laver, les Réfrigérateurs, les Micro-onde, les fers à repasser …. Ils sont connectés sur un compteur à carte. L’appartement est aussi équipé d’un Wattmètre pour le décompte de la Consommation d’Electricité de chaque logement.

NB: En moyenne et selon nos observations, la consommation d'Electricité par nuitée et par chambre climatisée varie entre 3 Kwh et 8 Kwh donc entre un peu moins d'un Euro (0,9 Euro) et 2,4 Euros. Si la climatisation n'est pas utilisée, la consommation est pratiquement de moitié.

A noter que les premiers 40 kWh ( 8 000 fcfa ou 12 Euros) consommés ne vous seront pas facturés.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If AMADOU (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
