From the owner

Villa Hatira is situated only 5 minutes stroll from the main street of Dalyan with all the bars, shops and restaurants. It has a large private garden with numerous fruit trees and shrubs and your very own private pool measuring 8.5 m x 5 m with a jacuzzi/childrens pool. Inside, the villa easily accommodates six with three en suite bedrooms and a traditional open plan living area downstairs. The main feature downstairs being a sunken Turkish seating area situated around an open stone fireplace. Two sets of double doors lead onto the veranda where guests can enjoy views of the famous Lycian rock tombs, the park, the pool and garden.
Outside there is also a large b-b-q with two further seating areas for alfresco dining.
We are planning to install free wifi for the 2013 season.

The rental charges for villa Hatira are per week. and includes housekeeping for stays of more than seven days and use of an English speaking host. The pool is not usually available before the end of April and closes at the end of October.

We do endeavour to allow guests to remain at villa Hatira. However is busier period we ask guest to vacate the villa by 11.00. and to arrive after 16.00.

We do have safe storage for cases on the day of departure.

Villa Hatira benefits from a fully equipped modern kitchen with marble work tops and includes a full sized cooker with gas hob, dish washer, fridge with freezer and washing machine. The downstairs also benefits from air conditioning as do all three bedrooms. All windows come equipped with insect screens.

The lounge area has a small library of novels and several games for you to enjoy on the veranda whilst watching the sun go down.

Villa Hatira is situated on a large garden plot with fruit trees and shrubs all of which surround the villa. The large veranda provides additional eating space as does the area around the b-b-q. Sun beds are provided for those who wish to relax in the sun. For those who don't, ample shade is provided at various sites around the garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vivien (the owner) a message.

If Vivien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
