From the owner

Villa Victoria is a luxurious five bedroom villa within a seven minute walk of Dalyan town centre and having immediate access to Turkish baths, mud baths and less than a five minute walk to the Dalyan river. From there boat trips to the wonderful protected Itzuzu beach and Lake Kyogeciz and the magnificent ruins of Caunos make this villa superbly situated.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and each room boasts an ensuite with the main bedroom also having a jacuzzi bath. An open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area leads out to a lush private garden and pool area. The villa has access to wifi and satellite TV is complimentary to your stay. In the garden also sits a traditional Turkish kusk in which guests can relax outside but shaded from the baking sun. At the side of the villa is a large stone barbecue - a must on warm evenings!

Upstairs provides access to the balcony and a magnificent mountain view backdrop rising out of the river. A five minute walk to the river and a chance to view the ancient Lycian tombs built into the mountainside which are superbly lit at night. Wonderful restaurants adorn the riverside and are a must for an evening meal.

This villa is superbly situated to experience the very best of all that Dalyan has to offer!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Alistair (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
