From the owner

Crescent Twins are brand new (2016), 4 bedroom semi-detached villas with their own private gardens and swimming pools, located in quiet part of Dalyan surrounded by private villas rather than hotels of any crowded accommodation although it's only 800 metres to the town centre. The villas are constructed in 2016. A big accessible supermarket is only 400 metres from the villas.

These villas are designed and built 100% wheel-chair accessible including the garden and terrace and there's a lift in the villa. Villas are named White and Blue after the tile colour of their swimming pools.

Villas have spacious air-conditioned open plan kitchen and living room with dining area on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with high quality comfortable sitting set, 42” satellite TV with surround sound system & DVD player and free Wi-Fi. There is a twin bedroom and a bathrooms downstairs. Living room opens up to the terrace and the swimming pool.

Open style fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all modcons. Kitchen has a conventional cooker and oven as well as a microwave. Also it's equipped with a dishwasher. Kitchen is not there only to cook basics; it's provided with all kinds of cutlery, cooking ware etc. giving you the comfort and practicality of a home.

There is also a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board downstairs.

Mid-floor consists of two large bedrooms and both are en-suites. All rooms are air-conditioned and have balconies. Staircase has a small aluminium gate to isolate the stairs for the safety of little children.

Top floor is a very big en-suite bedroom with balcony and air-conditioning. All of the bedrooms are spacious with ample storage and wardrobes.

Dalyan is a pretty safe place however the villa is equipped with an alarm system and a safe is provided.

2 bicycles per villa are at the guests' service, free of charge.

The villa is cleaned twice a week and bed linens and towels are replaced during the cleaning. 2 sets of towels are provided per person for shower and swimming pool use. Every room and the livingroom have one UK type power sockets for your convenience.

Our hotel is located only 400m from the villa and we arrange some tours and activities for our hotel guests, we definitely won't miss out our villa guests, they will be informed too.

The private swimming pool and Jacuzzi are situated right in front of the terrace separated by an aluminium rail for safety, same as the children's pool separated from the main pool. There's a hydraulic hoist for wheelchair users to access the pool. The pool, which cleaned everyday, is surrounded by green grass and sun loungers. The most recent high tech pool filtering systems, which do not require chemicals, have been used for your and your children's health. Garden is taken care of every other day.

Beside the swimming pool is the barbecue area with a stationary barbecue, gazebo and hammocks.

How do damage deposits work?

If Nermin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
