The villa accommodates 12 people in the 6 bedrooms:

1. Double bed on the ground floor

2. Double bedx2 on the first floor

3. Single beds x4 on the first floor

4. Double bed on the second floor

The villa is set on 700 square metres of land therefore boasts a private garden and swimming pool with an outdoor jacuzzi.

Within the lands you will find plenty of outdoor furniture where you can dine, chill out and read or simply sit in the shade. The private pool is 60 square metres with tiled steps and a slope therefore providing a shallow end for children or those who do not swim.

Villa Tulip Palace has 6 en suite bedrooms. 1 kingsize bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 kingsize bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms on the first floor, 1 kingsize bedroom with a bathroom, jacuzzi bath and a plasma satellite TV and DVD player on the second floor. Cots and highchairs available to hire for a small fee.

All bedrooms include dressing tables with mirrors and hairdryers. The balconies are giving a panoramic view of the mountains.

The lounge area includes a large plasma TV with DVD player, satellite system (with Disney Channel, BBC News and Entertainment channels) and comfortable furniture including large sofas and chairs. There is also a dining table and seating 10 in total. Additional chairs are available at the table on the terrace.

The open plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with oven/hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toastie maker. Plus all crockery and cutlery needed for 8-10 people, so you can eat in the villa comfortably. A water cooler is fitted in the kitchen with complimentary 18L bottles of water so you do not need to worry about re stocking. When you run out simply call our rep and we will deliver more.

Wireless internet is available free of charge for all guests.

A traditional Turkish seating area is set in the shaded area of the garden ideal for relaxing, snoozing or reading your book in the heat of the day. An outdoor shower is also situated on the terrace area of the garden.

A complimentary welcome pack will be provided on arrival and maid service is available on request. We use Oruc Exclusive Services for the garden, pool, maid service, tours and VİP transfers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Turkan (the owner) a message.

If Turkan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
