The property is able to sleep four people in one double room, one twin and with a sofa bed ( for flexibility) in the attractive open-plan living-area.Situated in the grounds of the owner's home on the edge of Liverton village is this unique property - a lovely, light and airy, detached property, only six miles from the thriving village of Danby. This tastefully furnished property is surrounded by open countryside and is only three miles from the coast, making it an ideal spot for anyone looking for a traditional seaside holiday. Outside, the property comes with a verandah and a large, lawned garden â an ideal place for a family picnic or some summer ball games.

Amenities: Electric heaters with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD. Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility (shared with owner). All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared use of owner's large, well-established lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 3 mins walk.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Set in the beautiful and peaceful Esk Valley and lying in the heart of The North York Moors is the lovely little village of Danby. This settlement boasts two pubs â both of which serve food â a bakery and a tea room. Also close by is the excellent National Park Visitor Centre at Danby Lodge â a wonderful, historic building which provides exhibitions, nature trails and tea rooms, all set in 13 acres of riverside pasture. Danby also hosts the ruins of a 14th Century castle as well as the only remaining working water mill on the River Esk. Train enthusiasts will also enjoy the scenic Esk Valley Railway line, which runs through the village on its way to the seaside resort of Whitby. The area is full of excellent towns to visit including York, Hutton-le-hole and Lastingham, as well as the villages of Staithes, Saltburn and Robin Hood's Bay.
