Take the advantage of its absolute sense of privacy. Gazing at the awesome sea view and the outstanding natural landscape, Villa Aelia will become your best spot for your holidays.

Indoor facilities

Villa Aelia will impress you with its style and comfort. There are six airy elegant bedrooms with high-quality mattresses and linens, 4 of them with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have enough room, contemporary design, comfortable beds, and all the amenities such as a mirror, wardrobe, and desk. There are 6 bathrooms either with showers or a bathtub. You can find bath amenities made from Cretan olive oil, and drops of Cretan olive oil, and bring a taste of the Cretan treasures in your bathroom.

The two fully-equipped kitchens will make your stay easy. The first one is located on the first floor of the house and the second one is on the ground floor. The second kitchen offers direct access to the swimming pool. You will be able to enjoy cold drinks and prepare meals and snacks while your kids play in the pool area. There are two cozy living rooms with a fireplace and dining areas. The villa is very big and there are many lounge places!

Outdoor facilities

Villa Aelia is like a hidden paradise surrounded by trees and flowers. The private big-size 50m2 pool awaits you to swim and relax on the sun loungers. A wooden pergola offers shade on the dining table and the barbeque area close to the pool. This is the ideal spot for entertainment day and night. The yard is connected to the ground floor and you have direct access to the kitchen and the living room.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.

Perfect holiday home for the family

Loved the whole experience staying at Villa Aelia! The most used area was the pool area and the barbecue. Will definitely come back!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Holiways (the owner) a message.

If Holiways (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
