Joy villa welcomes you to Chania. Located in the Daratso hill, well designed luxury villa in three levels, pool 32m2, wall fenced for full privacy, full equipped with brand name, offers great views to the sea. Two spacey living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, parking and garage. The owners architect and engineer have constructed 6 villas in the area.

Surrounded by olive trees and with view to the sea, the house is in a very privileged position for accessing all nice sandy beaches, transportation, shops, night life and getting all the Vitamin Sea you might need.The cozy villa is built in a private area and can host up to 8 guests. Designed and furnished with an elegant style, placing on simple elements which create a cozy and a relaxing atmosphere.

When entering the villa from the ground floor, you find a convenient indoor space with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room and a dining area (suitable for 8 guests) and a sitting area. The cozy lounge area is a wonderful place to relax during the evenings. The full-length glass door allows plenty of sunlight to come inside. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped bedroom with a double-sized bed and a shower. On the first, one will find a small area where you can sit and work in your leisure time. There are two bedrooms with double-sized beds and a fully equipped bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and air-conditioning. A glass door leads from the bedrooms to the balcony which is furnished with bamboo sofas.

The outdoor space is designed for peace and relaxation. A private swimming pool with sun beds is available, where you can relax and share true authentic experience with your beloved ones. A big BBQ with a stove allows you to organize either a family dinner or a big party. It should be noted that a secure parking is available in the villa. Not to mention that if more than 6 guests would like to stay in the villa, there is also an extra floor which has all the necessary facilities.

Joy Villa is located in Daratso area, Chania, Crete. A perfect spot for you holidays in Crete island. A very well place to stay for summer vacations in Chania area. Just 5 minutes from Agioi Apostoloi famous sandy beaches and a few minutes drive from Stalos Beach, Agia Marina Beach and Platanias Beach. The villa is located just 6km from Chania City and Chania Old Town with the Venetian Harbor, the major Tourist attraction in Chania area. At a distance of 1 km there is the main road from Chania to the west beaches where there are bus station with frequent connections to the city center and other sights. Daratso village is one of the oldest villages in Greece. Due to its strategic position it was a battle spot for years to come.

Chania is regarded as one of the nicest towns of Greece, the old city is the most wonderful part witch consists of the old Venetian harbour and the small Venetian narrow streets behind the harbour, The Lighthouse, the Fortress of Firka, the Great Arsenali and the Neoria. The waterfront along the Venetian harbour, is full of bars open all night where one can enjoys the nightlife. There are also many cafes, restaurants and tavernas, with traditional Cretan cuisine and fresh fish.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
