E’ dotato anche di parcheggio in garage privato. L'alloggio 2 terrazze abitabili, con possibilità di mangiare all'esterno. CONVENZIONE con Terme Spa:chiedici il coupon e avrai 10%di sconto. Nell’arco di 800 metri si raggiunge il centro dove si possono trovare servizi come cinema, fermata del treno, supermercato, Uffici Postali, giornalaio, negozi di ogni genere, bar e ristoranti, stadio, parco acquatico Aquaplanet.

A 2 km si puo’ raggiungere, in auto ma anche a piedi attraverso un sentiero, il bellissimo Lago Moro.

A solo 1,5 km si trovano le Terme di Boario, dove potete passare qualche ora di relax nella SPA & Wellness, oppure visitare i 130mila metri quadrati di parco secolare.

A 3 km è possibile visitare anche il Parco Archeologico di Luine, famosissimo per le Incisioni Rupestri.

A circa 10 km si trova il Lago d’Iseo ed i bellissimi paesi affacciati sulle sue acque, tra cui Lovere, uno dei borghi piu’ belli d’Italia. Ma non sono da tralasciare nemmeno Marone, Sulzano e Iseo, dai quali si puo’ raggiungere con il traghetto Montisola, l'isola lacustre più grande d'Europa, resa “famosa” dal The Floating Piers di Christo nel 2016.

A circa 40 km, alla fine del Lago d’Iseo, si trova la zona Franciacorta. Il territorio, per lo più collinare e anticamente cosparso di boschi, è stato ultimamente trasformato con l'impianto di numerosi e sploendidi vigneti che ne caratterizzano la peculiarità. Gli enti locali sono impegnati a salvaguardarne l'aspetto paesaggistico e conservativo sia dal lato fisico che dal punto di vista storico-culturale: numerose infatti le testimonianze architettoniche dell'antichità (monasteri, chiese, abbazie, ville e castelli dell'epoca medioevale). Interessante anche la visita alle varie cantine produttrici.

    How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EMANUELA (the owner) a message.

    If EMANUELA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
