In a luscious f romantic environment, surrounded by eucalyptus trees, in Dassia area, is situated Villa Doukas. Comfortable and pleasant all over the year.As spring or summer holiday resort, but also a romantic nest for autumn or in winter.

Consists of three bedrooms,living room,dinining room,kitcen and it is fully equiped, with air condition, satellite TV, WiFi acess,BBQ and private parking.The first bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have two singles.There are two bathrooms, both with shower and wc. Washing machine and hair dryer,are added to the bathrooms' amenities,while the iron and ironing board complete the facilities.The big living room,with the fire place, three sofas and an armchair, is ideal for relaxing or watching TV.The kitchen is fully equipped,with coocker, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave,coffepot, espresso coffe maker,kettle, toaster and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay.In case you prefer having your breakfast or meals indoors,the dinning room, with a wooden table and six chairs,is next to the kitchen.And do not worry about the temperature as all rooms are fully airconditioned.Big verandas full of flowers,surround the villa,ensuring a relaxing drink,breakfast or meals in the nature.At the back side of the villa is the BBand it Q and the private parking, while in the front is the garden and the private outdoor swimming pool (heated upon request and only during May and October).

The location of the villa is fantastic,the owners were very helpful and the swimming pool and villa spotless, I will be renting this villa again .

Why can't I call CHRISTOS (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send CHRISTOS (the owner) a message.

If CHRISTOS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
