Magallanes Residence is conveniently located at the heart of Davao City. Walking distance to Malls, restaurants, groceries, schools, offices, and Davao entertainments.The place is fully equipped of things for cooking, laundry, clean fresh linens, towels, and much more.

Has 2 spacious bedrooms and very comfortable high quality bed that you could sleep like a baby. It is mention here that sleeps 4, because there are only 2 bedrooms. The beds are adjustable and be able to bring the top layer out to the living room if you have more kids.Though it is situated on the heart of the city, surprisingly its quiet at night.It is on the 4rth floor and has a small balcony for smoking if you needed to. Smoking inside the house is not allowed as it triggers the smoke detector. Please be informed.

Do smoke only by the balcony.The elevator functions well and in case you bring or carry heavy staff. nothing to worry as it functions well.Feeling like home away from home! If you are thinking of staying with your own space, this is the place to stay compare to hotels.Has 24 hour security. Davao is very safe, in the Philippines it is normal to have security guards for those high end residence. Do not worry, the place has so many foreigners from so many different countries.Maid or baby sitter is available upon requests with extra charge.Has Good swimming pool if you are thinking of renting for long term, like 6 months or longer, rates can be arrange and it will be cheaper.I only allow a week stay or longer.What are included on your rates?- Water Bills-Cable TV.

Electricity- this electricity can cost you Pesos 8 Per watt. You pay only for what you use.

Please do take note that during the time of check in the house is clean and tidy. I expect you to do leave the house clean too.

Empty the rubbish bin, empty the fridge and dry it so it does not get damage. Turn off the power supply.

I am travelling. But I have someone taking care of the unit in Davao. I available anytime when you need some urgent matters. In this site, you will be ask to make a security deposit. However, that is the trip advisor policy. That will be refunded to you. During your check in, we will take a security deposit of PHP20,000 or USD 500. This is in case for things are damage like bedsheets have blood stain or broken things around the house and proven that it is really chargeable to you for negligence. Over all, I just want you to treat the house as this is yours.

How do damage deposits work?
