4 Bedroom 3 Bath Villa with Private Heated Pool
Our privately owned Florida home is a luxury 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Spacious accommodation with 1900sqft of living space for up to 10 people plus an infant.

We are conveniently located on Highway 27, on Florida Pines Development. Disney world is 15 Minutes away, with many prestigious championship golf courses near by. Interstate 4 is 10 Minutes drive away. The villa is ideally situated for Sea World, Universal Studios, and many other major attractions, not forgetting the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf coast approx 90 Minutes.

Highway 192 is just a few minutes drive to the north and Interstate 4 is few minutes drive to the south.

Our home is luxuriously furnished throughout. The Living room has Vaulted Ceiling and equipped with total comfort including sofa bed, 50' High definition Cable TV, DVD, Hi-FI System with CD. Computer with wireless broadband internet access.

Leading from the quiet sitting room is an open plan dining room kitchen which is fully equipped with every modern convenience, there are 2 master bedrooms with their own master bathrooms and cable Smart TV with Netflix. The third and fourth bedrooms are twin bedded rooms with Disney Theme with direct access to the third bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms also have cable TV. With every bedroom having bathroom facilities there is no more queuing in the morning. We also provide – Crib with bedding, high chair, stroller. There is a separate laundry room complete with washing machine tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels and bedding are provided.

Outside there is an extended deck area, the pool area is equipped with luxury pool furniture. The Covered Porch/Lanai provides the shade from the scorching Floridian Sun with Fan while enjoying Alfresco dinning at the Table.
There is also a BBQ grill for your use, Great fun for the kids in the day and by night creates the perfect retreat to relax and unwind in a wonderfully natural setting.

We offer a high standard of accommodation. The well equipped Games room which consists of a pool table, Fuse-ball, air hockey table and an electronic dartboard to keep the kids ( and dads ) occupied for hours. Every effort has been made to ensure you have a holiday of a lifetime. Our Local Management Company are available for any genuine emergencies that occur and are always willing to help with any problems that arise.

Our villa is kept to a very high standard, we visit regularly our home, to up grade & to make sure that any one who stays in our home will want to keep on coming back.

We are very sorry to hear that our villa failed to exceed your expectations. With regards to the garage, this has been converted to a games room as there is plenty of parking on the drive way. All rooms have cable tv with over 100 channels. We also have netflix account in the villa. The grass is trimmed every week in summer months and 2 weekly in the winter months. We have a local management company that is there to help any queries or help use any equipment in the house. We are also very disappointed that this is the first comment that did not get a 5 star review. Regards Sam Panchal

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sam (the owner) a message.

If Sam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
