A fully equipped home to the highest standards and located within the prestigious, private; secure gated community of The Shire at West Haven. Our villa is set among wetlands and other areas of conservation providing a perfect base from which to relax and enjoy Florida's wonderful climate after the day's exertions.

The Shire is conveniently located within a short drive & easy access to Florida's main attractions, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, & SeaWorld, and less than two minutes from the international golf course at Champions Gate.

(West Haven is currently a developing community. You may encounter construction activity in West Haven as they are building more vacation homes for Guests to enjoy).

An elegant and well positioned, single story vacation home, offering pure luxury and style for you to unwind and rest. Well appointed with many upgraded features including ceiling fans, FSTV's,DVD players in each room, a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, and much more to make your stay a truly comfortable one. Your 'home from home'; on your next holiday.We can comfortably cater for up to ten people, so this is an ideal villa for more than one family. We have two lounge areas; at the front of the villa you will find the formal area perfect for entertaining guests or for simply relaxing with a cold beverage, a favourite book or listening to music. Towards the rear, is a modern family room, with open plan kitchen and dining areas making meal times fun, then relax on the large family sofa whilst watching a TV or a favourite film. The large master bedroom has a California King Bed, leading to an en-suite with walk-in shower, twin sinks and a bath-tub. There is also a large walk-in closet

.Both the family room and the master bedroom have sliding patio doors leading directly out onto the spacious covered lanai and pool deck area.Our Disney Princes; themed room has two twin beds perfect for your little princess. Our second twin room is the ideal place to chill or to play games on our X-Box, whilst our Mickey Mouse themed room has two queen-size beds and will suite. Disney fans of all ages! The fifth bedroom has a queen size bed, a large wardrobe and has an adjoining bathroom, which leads out onto the pool deck area. After the day's exertions at the theme parks, unwind and rest by lounging by the south facing pool and spa, (a pool safety net is in place for our younger guests). Our family room has a 55inch Smart HDTV and DVD and all bedrooms have a 32 inch HDTV a DVD player. Our games room provides hours of entertainment for the all the family; Foosball, Pool table, Air Hockey, electronic dart board, and an X-Box. There is also free Wi-Fi and free calls to the US/Canada. All guests have access to the community club-house and facilities; Resort style swimming pool, tennis & volleyball/badminton courts, and gym.The local area has one of the best golf complexes around, features designed by Greg Norman and is also home to the David Ledbetter golf academy.There are fire alarms throughout the house along with the main alarm system on the house which can be used at night whilst you are in the house for that additional piece of mind. The house has a non-smoking policy and no pets allowed for you added comfort. We are ideally situated 10 minutes/7 miles from Disney and 2-minutes/1 mile from champions gate, with easy access to shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants only minutes from the house.
