A stunning new 5 bedroom villa in a private gated Orange tree location. The villa has a master suite on the first floor with a King size bed, a walk-in closet direct pool access. The other 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. The second suite has a queen bed with a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has a double bed

with a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have each two twin beds with walk-in closets. The master bath comes with a large bath, walk-in shower and his and hers sinks.Bathroom 2 has duel access from either suite 2 or the upstairs corridor. Bathroom 3 is a family shower room with a large walk-in shower.

Bathroom 4 is a pool toilet with water closet and wash basin.

Two separate living areas provide ample space for relaxation.

The front living area with formal dining has 2 sofas with coffee tables and lamps. The rear family seating area has a large L shaped leather sofa with a 42' plasma TV.

Fully equipped kitchen with a four ring grill, oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and twin sinks with garbage disposal. Toaster Oven and coffee maker is also provided for your use. There are 3 bar stools and a Nook table

seating for 4. The pool area has a table, chairs and 2 loungers. The pool and patio are covered by an insect screen. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated at extra cost.

The garage is carpeted and converted to a game room with pool, basketball, air hockey and dart activities.

The villa is in an excellent location with easy access to guest needs. Many stores like Publix (supermarket), Walmart, Loews, Walgreens are within a short driving distance. The new mall 'Posners Place' is 5 minute drive. All disney attractions, Seaworld, Universal studios and International drive are 20-30 minutes drive. The Florida designer outlets mall at the southern end of International drive is also 20 minutes away. Downtown Orlando is 35 minutes. There are many state parks within 60 minutes drive. The Gulf coast, Tampa and Busch gardens are 75 miles in I-4.

Why can't I call Jayant (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jayant (the owner) a message.

If Jayant (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
