Spacious 5 Bedroom, 4 bathroom on manned GATED COMMUNITY RESORT OF SOLANA. This single storey Detached Villa of 2680 sq ft provides spacious accommodation and can easily accommodate all families from 2 to 10 people. All surrounding areas are level and ideal for any family with disabled members. For those with infants there is a mobile crib a high chair and a stroller available for use during your stay and a DISNEY THEME Twin Bedroom. Very careful consideration has been given to provide our guests with clean and modern surrounding for your visit, making this an idea home for your trip to Orlando and visiting the many attractions it has to offer.

With over 2680 sq ft of living accommodation, the lounge and dining areas are large and will accommodate dining for 10. A fully equipped kitchen is supplied for those who wish to cook for themselves during their stay. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is a useful addition for those with young children or for our guests who have planned a longer vacation.

Five bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, Double & Twin Room) and four bathrooms with shower and bath allows privacy to all guests. Four bedrooms have televisions. The Twin room is a Mickey Mouse Themed room.

The lounge is spacious and comfortable and provided is an X box and DVD player should the cable television fail to satisfy you !. A CD player is also provided. FREE Wi Fi Internet access is available and we have provided a color printer for those items you may wish to print off the internet such as Google maps or directions to any of the theme parks. FREE international telephone calls to land lines also available to our guests.

Outside there is large covered patio/dining area which overlooks the pool and spa and is great for those wanting to get some cover from the sun. Patio table & chairs and sun loungers are provided for your relaxation. The pool & Spa can be heated at an extra charge for the winter months.

At the end of the day when you have returned from a visit to Disney there is a pool table and a foosball table to help entertain the children if they have any energy left.

The owners of this property are professional property managers in the UK with over 28 years experience. It is important to them that the villa is maintained to the highest of standards and as such the property is visited twice yearly by them to ensure that you will find the villa to a standard that will ensure you have a totally enjoyable stay. Too often experience has shown us that many villa's in the Orlando area are not maintained and as such we are confident that the pictures are a true reflection of the villa. The villa was last inspected by the owners in January 2018 when areas which required freshening up or replaced were dealt with.

We sincerely wish to make our villa a home for all our guests who stay.

No large parties allowed where noise will be an issue. The resort of Solana is very strict and has noise restrictions between the hours of 11pm - 8 am.
Maximum of three cars/suv's allowed per booking and no parking allowed on the verges or blocking access to other villas. No trailers/hook ups/camper vans allowed on the resort.

Everything you want from a family home. Fantastic even when the aircon didn’t work they were straight there the next morning saying why didn’t we call the night before as we had a baby. Nothing was to much trouble with Gloria or her management team. Can’t fault them. Would definitely rent again. Can’t fault
