This well established and spacious single storey 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom Detached Villa is set within the country club community of Ridgewood Lakes and its Championship 18 Hole Golf Course, offering affordable accommodation on a Prestigious Resort.

The home is Open Plan and has a very bright and spacious feel. The comfortable furnishings in the two lounges make it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the parks, one area includes a large TV with another more cosy area to relax and read a book.

The dark wood Kitchen is fully equipped to make yourself at home and has everything you will need to prepare a light lunch to a large family meal which can be enjoyed at the Formal Dining area. There is also a Breakfast Nook that overlooks the pool area and bar stools for those quick breakfast or light lunches.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES INCLUDE A WASHER AND DRYER FREE WI FI AND CABLE TV – FREE US AND CANADA CALLS.

There is a Games Room that includes a Pool Table and a Foosball Table, with seating and TV, making it the ideal place for those with a competitive nature to gather.

There is a Master king suite in a calming cream décor with a Flat Screen TV and includes Ensuite facilities of a bath with separate shower and double sinks.

The Queen suite continues the cream décor and also boasts a flat screen TV with bath/shower Ensuite facilities. This is a perfect room to offer your guests.

There are a further 2 twin bedrooms pleasantly decorated in neutral tones, the perfect rooms for friends or siblings to share. The twin bedrooms have the added benefit of a Jack n Jill Bathroom

The Oversized Pool Deck has a beautiful large pool and Spa with loungers for you to enjoy the lovely Florida sunshine.

Interaction with guest

Once you have secured your reservations we will email you asking you to complete a booking form. The bookings form will ask you to list all the guests staying in the home and provide the ages of all guests under the age of 25. Once we are in receipt of this form we will be able to issue your directions to the home. All our homes are fitted with a key-less entry system you simply type the door code the code is unique for your stay only. Once in resort you will have access to our Property Manager who will be able to assist you with any problems in the home during your stay. Their telephone number is provided in the directions and also in the Home Booklet which you will find in the home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
