Description

Enjoy a taste of the Florida lifestyle in this spacious 3 bed 2 bath villa, set in a great residential area. It nice to return after a busy day at the parks to the peace & quiet of the villa. it is ideal for families/couples looking to relax after days out. Either in one of the two lounges or by the private pool.

Child friendly rear garden, totally enclosed for privacy and safety.

The villa has a Wii games console + games, 8' billiards table, table tennis, Cable TV and FREE internet access. There is a T.V. in every bedroom.

Close to Champions Gate golf resort which has a selection of restaurants & shops. You will pass more shops on the way to the villa.. Publix supermarket, Papa Johns pizza, Subway, MacDonalds Chinese Take out & a Liquor store. To name but a few.

The main highways US-27 and the I-4 are less than 5 minutes away, and so all the major attractions are easily reached. It's a 15 minute drive to the main gates of Disney.

“Superb Villa”

This is the second time we've stayed at this villa and as soon as we decided to return to Florida we only looked at this one. It's clean, comfortable and fully equipped. South facing back yard (as the locals would call it) is large and the pool area catches the sun perfectly. It's also private and the L-shaped pool area makes it very quiet.

“Home from Home”

I cannot speak highly enough of Sunset Villa Florida. The location was perfect, close enough to the parks without it being on top of us and very near supermarkets, petrol stations and really good eateries Ian & Coral have created such a perfect 'home from home' and there's nothing in the villa that hasn't been catered for. We have stayed in numerous villas and by far, this is THE best. The master bedroom is the largest I've ever seen and the bed was so comfy, the kitchen was really well equipped and the fridge/freezer was huge!! Booking the villa and all the instructions was very clear, timely and accurate and the instructions of how to get to & in the accommodation was spot on. I'm really pleased to say that I'd recommend this villa to anybody, couples, families, friends- there's something for everyone- the pool and lanai is sun drenched and again, fully equipped with loungers, chairs and inflatables Thanks again for letting us live in your home for 15 nights- I'll definitely be back..... SUPERB!!

“Ideal villa in quiet development”

This is a superb villa. It is clean, well equipped, and big enough to accommodate a family of 4/5. The south facing rear terrace and pool catches the sun during the afternoon early evening while the front driveway is large enough to allow 2 or 3 cars if coming as "couples". Inside the villa has two large reception areas, dining room, kitchen three large double bedrooms, master is huge and is ensuite too. I cannot fault this villa at all. 5/5 easy.

We had a fabulous stay here. So comfortable and well-equipped. Loads for kids - pool, games room, wii, wifi, board games etc. Had to convince my kids to leave the villa to visit the parks! Close driving distance to Disney and not much further to Universal. Lovely owners with great tips for visitors. Can't wait to go back!

“Excellent Villa, Highly Recommended”

I stayed here with my husband, daughter (14yrs) and son (10yrs) for 16 nights. The villa is exactly as it looks in the photos and spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped with everything you need, it's definitely a home away from home, and you can tell that the owners take great care in looking after this property. The pool is fantastic especially after a day at the parks - we couldn't get my son out of it! It's only about a 20 minute drive to Disney from the villa and Publix, Subway, McDonalds and Papa John's are only a 5 minute drive away. Ian and Coral, the owners, came to meet us the morning after we arrived to make sure we were happy with the villa which was really nice and also told us about different things we could do and places to visit which was great, they're a lovely couple. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and would definitely come back and stay here again.

“Wonderful, relaxing place to stay”

The villa was of a very good standard. Nice and clean, and well maintained. Of course when visiting Florida and hitting the parks or shopping malls every day, you don't spend a great deal of time at your accommodation, but it was a wonderful place to relax after a hard day at Universal or Disney. Lots of places to eat, supermarkets and pharmacy within 3 miles. Would certainly recommend this property.

“Spacious, well equipped home close to all attractions”

For the money, this house provides all you need - space, relaxation and the all important pool. Though the house might not be the plushest of homes, it is spotlessly clean, well equipped and provides plenty of space for a family to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Little touches like hairdryers, safety deposit box and beach towels make all the difference. Very convenient for travelling to all attractions with a good supermarket and take out Pizza place close by which is very handy for picking up provisions straight from the airport on route. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this house and would definitely consider staying there again. The owners are friendly, well informed and very accommodating allowing us a late checkout which effectively gave us an extra days holiday.

“Great Villa”

First of all a big thank you to Coral and Ian. This is a great villa to stay in. The villa is very clean. The master bedroom is very large with a king size bed, on-suite with his and hers sinks, bath and large shower cubicle. The other 2 bedrooms are both roomy. The living areas have a nice ambience and sofas are comfy. The kitchen has just about every implement and cooking vessel you need. The place to go to relax after a hectic day is the lanai and pool area with secluded garden. We will definitely be looking to book this villa in the future. Liz and Dave the management are a really nice and helpful.

How do damage deposits work?
