Our villa has 4 bedrooms (2 masters both with Queen sized beds and en suite shower rooms, and 2 further twin rooms sharing a family bathroom) so sleeps 8 comfortably.
FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS UP TO 75Mbps WITH WI-FI (great for connecting multiple devices) and a number of USB charging wall sockets. Digital cable TV in family room and in all 4 bedrooms. Fully fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances and utensils including washer, dryer and iron. Blu-ray player, DVD players, music centre, and games consoles including PS3 (which can connect to Netflix if you have your own account).
Air conditioning, own private pool with lanai. Free use of safe, travel cot, highchair, linen, towels and hairdryers.
Ask for cost to heat the pool.

“Tivoli Dream Villa”
The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy access to attractions but in a quiet peaceful, gated community. Our grandchildren loved the pool, as did the grown ups.
Just returned from 16 nights at Tivoli Dream and can highly recommend the villa and area. Equipped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday in Florida it is located on the US27 just off exit 55 of the I4. Publix and Walmart are just along the road along with all the usual food places including a great Chinese literally just across the US27. The nearby Postner Park area is great for shopping, much quieter and often cheaper than the bigger malls, there’s also a cinema if you need a break from the theme parks. Would love to return and stay even longer next time.
“Excellent villa / Excellent Owner”
Stayed at Tivoli Manor for 2 weeks with my family. Nothing was any trouble for the owners or their management company. From start to finish Dennis was on and to answer any questions i may have had with regards to our stay. The villa itself is clean, tidy and everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space, well maintaned and an excellent base for our manic Disney adventure. My two children loved the pool. There are plenty of resaurants near by and a few more if you drive 10 minutes to the 192. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay on the Disney area. Also the villa is on a gated community giving you a better sense of safety for your family during their stay

Nice comfortable villa stay we had a lovely time. Villa well positioned for accessing parks and shops. Pool area gets the sun all day.
“Very clean, quiet villa”
After a few initial problems on day one (safe being locked and front door key snapping off in lock) we had a fantastic holiday staying at this villa. It is set in a quiet area, at times a much needed escape from the busy Orlando area! We would suggest a warning about the patio/pool alarm, having set the alarm off at 10.30pm whilst exploring the villa after our arrival.
This has been our third time at Tivoli Manor. The villa is in a beautiful location, very clean and has everything that you would need. Easy to get to Disney, Universal and Epcot. We will definitely be back.
