Quiet area with shopping, grocery and restaurants few minutes away.

Includes game room with pool table, foosball (table soccer) and PS4 (bring your games, controllers and cord), swimming pool and jacuzzi in the house. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, living room and loft.

There is a new and large Clubhouse with water park, gym, game room, movie, restaurant, business room and everything that a resort can offer in the community.

Pool heating is $35 a day for guests staying 5 night or more, for short stays the minimum fee
is $150. Pool heat cannot be turned on after check in or turned off before check out unless guest pay a extra travel fee. Temperature is set at 85 degrees. As the pool is outdoor if weather gets too cold or rainy the pool may not be able to keep the temperature. Since we have no control over weather, we cannot reimburse pool heat in this case. It takes 24 hours for pool heat to reach the temperature

Why can't I call Iza (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iza (the owner) a message.

If Iza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
