From the owner

The Villa

Our villa is very spacious at 2100 sq ft and comes with all modern amenities. Being set well back from US Hwy 27 it is peaceful and quiet with no noise from passing traffic. The villa is also on a gated community offering further security and peace of mind.

There are two master bedrooms, one having a king size bed and opening onto the pool area. The second has a queen size bed and both have en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and access to the family bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided and all bedrooms have wardrobes and their own tv's with dvd players in both twin rooms.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a full size range (cooker), microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, full size dish washer, coffee maker, both electric kettle and stove top kettle, toaster and juicer with all crockery and cutlery provided.

Our villa is fully air conditioned and has been freshly painted inside and out in May 2020. In 2017 we installed new sofas, bedding, kitchen appliances, kitchen table and chairs, pool furniture and five new flat screen HD televisions, the largest being 50” in one of the two main living areas which is connected to a Bluray/dvd player. We also have live Premiership football available free of charge.

We also installed a new games room in 2015 which consists of a pool table, table football and air hockey along with table tennis and an electronic dart board. All the accompanying balls, cues and bats etc are at the villa and free for guests to use. There is also seating and a further television along with an Xbox 360 with a few games located in the games room.

You'll also find assorted pool toys along with a highchair, cot and stroller/pushchair located in the games room. Further highchairs, cots and strollers can be rented through our management company but one set have been supplied for you free of charge.

The Pool

The extended pool deck is the highlight of the villa. The pool itself measures 26 ft by 12 ft. Being south facing the secluded pool and spa get sunshine all year round and look out over conservation area. There is a poolside shower for your convenience along with eight sun loungers, so enough for all guests. Some with quality extra thick padded covers for your comfort.

There is privacy screening and also a safety net around the pool to safe guard small children. This can easily be removed if no children are present.

When it gets too hot there is a large covered lanai area with a table and chairs where you can seek some refuge in the shade and maybe enjoy a coffee or refreshing glass of wine. There is also a large fan here to help keep you cool.

As the sun goes down it's a great time to turn on the pool lights and enjoy a drink or even have a meal out here.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tom (the owner) a message.

If Tom (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
