Our home is located in 'The Estates' the most up market area in Legacy park, 3 mins by car to Restaurants, Supermarkets and Pharmacy (plus an Irish Bar and an English bar).Our home includes FREE VERY FAST WIFI, Large SMART TV's & has a west facing POOL & JACUZZI for hours of R&R in the Florida sunshine. Disney 15 mins, Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica 25 mins, Busch Gardens 60 mins, West or East coast Beaches 50minsThe villa was in the Holiday Lettings TOP 10 of 50,000 enquired about homes in 2013!! it really is the latest generation of Pool homes, spacious and well laid out with quality options that make it stand out from the rest. Air conditioned in every room and a complete set of home appliances for a home away from home. It's BIG too a total of 3155 sq/ft under its roof. Every optional extra has been chosen to make this a very special vacation home. The pool area is west-facing has an extended pool deck and large covered lanai. The master suite with tray ceiling has been extended with pool access for that early morning dip in the beautiful heated pool and spa. Up stairs is the large second bonus master suite (WC & SHOWER/BATH). The living area has a colonnade foyer that has a space for everyone, sit back and watch TV in the family room or just chill out in the living room. After a hard day at the parks, you deserve to relax in Florida Paradise!

Getting around

Central Florida is spread out and you must have a car to truly enjoy all the attractions. In mid season there are local buses to the Parks (tickets from the tourist offices on the 192) plus there are local taxis and UBER works well there now.

Interaction with guest

As the home owner I handle your enquires before you book the home. I live in the UK & Dubai so just keep in mind I may take a few hours to get back to you with different time zones round the world. When you arrive at the home, my managers in Florida look after you - I will send you all their contact info. They are on call 24 hours to help with any queries/problems you have using the home. They are there to help with a blown lightbulb or unforeseen situations using the home throughout your stay. Being 5 minutes up the road they will help quickly in any situation that may arise.

Myself and another 5 adults and 4 children stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in October 2018. Large rooms, massive pool (photos don’t do it justice) the kids loved it and the villa was very well maintained. Great customer service from the owner and the company. Couldn’t fault this villa at all, and will definitely be booking again for the future. Great community friendly neighbourhood and close to all the necessities. Also fantastic price compared to the other villas I looked at. Great value for money! : )

Another fantastic visit to Florida and our best villa so far. Sun from around 9am in the pool deck as it peaked over the roof and lasted till sunset. Huge pool and deck area made for fantastic space to laze in the sun on the days not at parks. Villa inside is huge as well and very comfortable with pretty much all you require although Walmart just up the road if you require any of your own home favourites. We all have our own little home comforts we like! Ours bizarrely was a small wooden clothes dryer to hand stuff outside!! Having stayed in this area 3 times now we are likely to be back and would definitely book this villa again. From the booking to our stay the owner Tim provided every bit of information you need and happy to answer any questions. Excellent all round.

We stayed here for nearly 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The villa is very spacious and well laid out with a great open plan area. Outside by the pool is very spacious and if need be you can take shade from the sun. Would highly recommend staying at Florida Paradise. We certainly would again.

Stayed at this villa early July 2014, two families totalling eight. The villa is superb, spotlessly clean with every comfort you could want in a holiday home. Five good sized bedrooms with two huge master suites. large spacious open plan living area with kitchen is great for kicking back when you get back from a hectic day out The pool is a real treat, again a big spacious area with sun loungers and chairs, we didn't go for the heated open and there was no need as it was very comfortable this time of year (and quite refreshing for those tired feet), the kids and all adults loved the outside area and often struggled to get the kids out for bed. Its location is superb on a very well maintained estate which is quiet but at the same time close to the highways to get you in to the parks, Disney and most of the attractions can be reached within 30 mins. (toll road cuts the time down by about ten mins and a bargain for a $1.25) Many good restaurants very close, most of which are recommended in the guest book at the villa. Cant emphasise how pleased we were with this accommodation and are already planning another vacation here in 2015. Also worth adding is the way its managed by Tim and his agency out there, nothing is too much trouble and the communication is excellent. Free super fast wifi is also included

We stayed at legacy park for two weeks and had a wonderful holiday. There was four adults and four children in our party the house met all our expectations. it was so spacious and having two master suites was just perfect for both adult couples. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids and the adults alike especially after a hot day at the parks! The jacuzzi was lovely to soak in too! The house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday :). There is a Publix supermarket 5 minutes away from the house and and a larger Walmart no more than 10 minutes away. The area the house situated in is so quite and peaceful we loved it and will consider another trip back to this house in the future. Tim was a total pleasure to book with no question was to much trouble his customer service is of a very high standard I would totally recommend a trip to this this lovely home. Tim's management company in Florida also run to the same high standard of customer service I needed to contact them during my stay and they sorted my query they very same day excellent service all round.

“Great holiday house”

We stayed at this lovely house for a week i Feb 2014 - and would recommend it for families looking for a great place to stay in the Orlando area! The house is located in a quiet residential area - but close to all the parks - depending on traffic it is about 30 min to Disney and 45 min to Universal. Close by is also shopping and restaurants (Appelbees and Chilis is just a 5 min drive). The pool is nice and warm - our kids spend most of their time in the water! /Marie - Sweden

“Perfect Holiday Rental”

We have stayed at Legacy Park a few times in the last few years and every time have found it to be the perfect base for Florida Holiday. The accommodation is spacious, generous,comfortable and always spotlessly clean. It is a perfect location for all of the parks and shopping malls. On days when we didn't want to go out, the home and pool is also great for just hanging out.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
