Our home is located in 'The Estates' the most up market area in Legacy park, 3 mins by car to Restaurants, Supermarkets and Pharmacy (plus an Irish Bar and an English bar).Our home includes FREE VERY FAST WIFI, Large SMART TV's & has a west facing POOL & JACUZZI for hours of R&R in the Florida sunshine. Disney 15 mins, Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica 25 mins, Busch Gardens 60 mins, West or East coast Beaches 50minsThe villa was in the Holiday Lettings TOP 10 of 50,000 enquired about homes in 2013!! it really is the latest generation of Pool homes, spacious and well laid out with quality options that make it stand out from the rest. Air conditioned in every room and a complete set of home appliances for a home away from home. It's BIG too a total of 3155 sq/ft under its roof. Every optional extra has been chosen to make this a very special vacation home. The pool area is west-facing has an extended pool deck and large covered lanai. The master suite with tray ceiling has been extended with pool access for that early morning dip in the beautiful heated pool and spa. Up stairs is the large second bonus master suite (WC & SHOWER/BATH). The living area has a colonnade foyer that has a space for everyone, sit back and watch TV in the family room or just chill out in the living room. After a hard day at the parks, you deserve to relax in Florida Paradise!

Getting around

Central Florida is spread out and you must have a car to truly enjoy all the attractions. In mid season there are local buses to the Parks (tickets from the tourist offices on the 192) plus there are local taxis and UBER works well there now.

As the home owner I handle your enquires before you book the home. I live in the UK & Dubai so just keep in mind I may take a few hours to get back to you with different time zones round the world. When you arrive at the home, my managers in Florida look after you - I will send you all their contact info. They are on call 24 hours to help with any queries/problems you have using the home. They are there to help with a blown lightbulb or unforeseen situations using the home throughout your stay. Being 5 minutes up the road they will help quickly in any situation that may arise.

Some sockets in the home have on/off switch either to the side, end of countertops or on a wall switch location sometimes a few feet you have to switch them on first. Myself and another 5 adults and 4 children stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in October 2018. Large rooms, massive pool (photos don’t do it justice) the kids loved it and the villa was very well maintained. Great customer service from the owner and the company. Couldn’t fault this villa at all, and will definitely be booking again for the future. Great community friendly neighbourhood and close to all the necessities. Also fantastic price compared to the other villas I looked at. Great value for money! : )

Another fantastic visit to Florida and our best villa so far. Sun from around 9am in the pool deck as it peaked over the roof and lasted till sunset. Huge pool and deck area made for fantastic space to laze in the sun on the days not at parks. Villa inside is huge as well and very comfortable with pretty much all you require although Walmart just up the road if you require any of your own home favourites. We all have our own little home comforts we like! Ours bizarrely was a small wooden clothes dryer to hand stuff outside!! Having stayed in this area 3 times now we are likely to be back and would definitely book this villa again. From the booking to our stay the owner Tim provided every bit of information you need and happy to answer any questions. Excellent all round.

Why can't I call Tim (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tim (the owner) a message.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
