A spacious four-bedroom home in the lovely Sandy Ridge neighborhood, Our Villa boasts a large pool, a connected whirlpool spa, and plenty of space for up to 10 guests!

Residing in an upscale subdivision in the Orlando suburb of Davenport, this home is conveniently situated near all of Florida’s best theme parks, including Disney World (11 miles north), SeaWorld (18 miles northeast), and Universal Studios (21 miles northeast).

An inviting home with comfortable furnishings, tropic-inspired decor, and modern conveniences, Our Villa is the perfect retreat after a full day spent in the nearby theme parks.

Together with your group, settle into the living area’s comfy seating for an afternoon movie on the flatscreen, cable-equipped. You’ll also enjoy great sound with the Bluetooth-connected sound system. And if that’s not enough, there’s even a Nintendo Wii , Playstation 4 and Nintendo Wii U for a video game tournament!

You’ll work up a hefty appetite with all these fun activities, so head into the kitchen to whip up a fresh feast. Use the kitchen’s modern appliances, a variety of cookware, and ample countertops for all of your culinary creations.

Have you brought your little ones along? No problem - there’s a high chair, a crib, and toys for your youngest children.

Share meals and your day’s highlights at the six-seat dining table, or enjoy al fresco dining on the screened-in back patio. Take a soothing soak in the bubbling spa, or hop in the pool and play a fun game of Marco Polo with your family. The pool can be heated for a nominal fee, details. There’s also a pool table, foosball and retro arcade video games n the garage for late night games.

Up to 10 guests are accommodated in four bedrooms. Sleeping options include a king bed in one room, a queen bed in another, and two twin beds in each of the other rooms (four twin beds total). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Noreen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
