This 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom Orlando vacation Villa is located in the beautiful WaterSong Resort, situated on a large oversized plot with conservation views, backing on to a gorgeous lake full of some of Florida’s most beautiful wildlife. There is also an oversized deck, pool and spa, giving you that true resort feeling. Ideal for guests who are looking for something special, with a touch of luxury and elegance. This beautiful villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable throughout your stay whatever the temperature outside. The villa has been decorated and furnished throughout by a leading interior designer to an extremely high standard and quality for your total enjoyment and pleasure and can accommodate 13 guests with ease. There is complimentary WIFI throughout the house. Location Location Location..... you are just a 1 minutes walk from the magnificent Luxury clubhouse.

A truly luxurious and sumptuous holiday villa awaits you with that WOW! factor! No expense has been spared in making this bright and spacious home stylish and relaxing. Throughout the house there is high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.

SWIMMING POOL AND SPA

Outside you will find the screened oversized deck with pool which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine after a long day in the parks, or to simply catch up with some magazines or your favourite book. You can also dine al fresco while enjoying the lovely views without any rear neighbours, and even sample the peace and quiet under the stars.Your oversized 15 x 30 heated pool with spa overlooks a natural conservation area with lake, providing privacy, it is the perfect place to cool down, or wind down in the spa, after a long day in the sun. The pool deck has a safety fence. The 8ft lanai that runs the width of the house with table and seating for 12 people. This provides a delightful shaded eating area for those times when you want to enjoy the view outside without the sun beating down on you.

LIVING AREAS

You’ll find plenty of room to relax with 2 luxurious livings rooms on the ground floor, one at the front of the house and the other in the family room with the magnificent atrium. The front living area seats 6 adults comfortably with a sofa, love seat and armchair offering the ideal space for relaxing in the luxury of the surroundings or a place to escape to have a quiet moment for yourself. The large informal family room overlooking the pool boasts a magnificent atrium and luxurious leather sofas and armchair , which again, comfortably seats 6 adults and is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast nook. This is the ideal space to watch the large 55" Smart TV.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS

The well equipped, high quality, modern kitchen contains everything you will need for your stay from a stove, microwave, dishes, silverware and glassware. There is an informal breakfast table in the nook with views of the pool that seats 6 for a quick lunch/ breakfast or there is the more formal dining area with stylish dining table that seats 8.

A Washer and Dryer are provided for you to use.

BEDROOMS

The well-appointed luxury bedrooms offer both comfort, style and space, enabling you to enjoy a tranquil haven to retreat to after a long enjoyable day in the sun. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and consist of: 2 Master Bedrooms with Luxurious King Beds (1 downstairs, the other upstairs) and 2 Queen Bedrooms with Luxurious Queen beds, all master and queen rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a twin room and room with a Bunk bed with double on the bottom bunk which has a Minion theme, these rooms share a family bathroom.

Room 3 – Queen bedroom with a private bathroom

Room 4 – Queen bedroom with a private bathroom

Room 5 - Two twin beds with shared family bathroom

LOFT SPACE

At the top of the stairs there is a loft area with seating for 2, a wall mounted TV and an XBOX ONE S games console.

GARAGE

The garage has been converted to a games room and has a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Table and 2 bar stools.

Our property manager is local and on hand for any information or emergencies

Great house for a family vacation. Loved the pool for the grand kids. Beatiful neighborhood very quiet. We had a little trouble with alarm system but owner and office was very helpful.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Harold (the owner) a message.

If Harold (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
