Indoor life is luxurious and comfortable. You will be welcomed by the elegantly furnished living/dining room, set off with tables and lamps. Into the open plan kitchen where meals can be prepared, restaurants nearby too! Settle into the Family Room to enjoy a film on the surround sound HDTV, game on Nintendo Wii, or maybe a game of Pool more your forte?

Finally retiring to one of five well-appointed bedrooms where everyone will sleep soundly in the comfort of a cosy bed.

OUTDOOR LIFE IS SPECTACULAR! It’s the perfect place to watch wildlife by the lake while relaxing on the extended deck, splashing in the pool or just soaking up the sun. And, when the sun goes down, it's time to enjoy a BBQ and evening cocktail or two.

This is Florida living at its finest.

Each room is serviced with FREE WiFi and full air conditioning, along with ceiling fans in each bedroom for added comfort on those long summer evenings

Family / Great Room

A large informal sitting area furnished with sofas, coffee table, side tables and lamps, is the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying the entertainment centre. This features a 50-inch plasma wide screen HDTV with over 200 channels of digital cable, plus an Xbox and Wii consoles.

Kitchen

The large well appointed and fully equipped kitchen is complimented with a centre island and informal eating area for 8. With a great view of the pool/spa and deck it’s a lovely place to start the day off gazing through the glass sliding doors out over to the lake.

Formal Living and Dining Room

This very pleasant living area is furnished with sofa, chaise, side tables with lamps, it’s an ideal place to retreat to away from the main family room where you could spend some quiet time reading a book. The family will enjoy those special dinners together in the formal dining area which has a polished wooden dining table and chairs, seating for 6.

King Master En-Suite

The ground floor Master Suite is furnished with a US King Size Bed, nightstands, lamps and dressing table, 32-inch Roku TV + 100's channels, glass sliding doors and view over the pool and lake. Luxury en-suite with garden tub, twin vanity basins, large shower cubicle, separate wc and walk-in closet/dressing area.

King Bedroom 2

Quiet elegant room to the front of the villa furnished with US King Size Bed, night stands, lamps and dressing table; 32-inch Roku TV with 100's channels, ceiling fan; adjacent to the family bathroom.

King Bedroom 3

Overlooking the pool and lake, furnished with US King Size Bed, night stands, lamps, dressing table, walk-in Closet and ceiling fan. This lovely room is complimented with a 32-inch Roku TV with 100's channels. Full en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom complete with a tub and shower over, vanity basin and wc; hairdryer.

Bedroom 4

Beautiful light and airy Twin Bedroom suitable for adults or children, complete with 2 twin beds, night stand, lamp, clothes storage chest and large closet. Wall mounted Roku TV 100's channels. This room enjoys use of a full Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 5

Fun colourful Bunk Bedroom, furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, night stand, lamp, clothes storage chest, large closet and wall mounted TV with Roku 100's channels. Definitely a winner with the younger ones!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jan (the owner) a message.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
