Room has been totally renovated with new flooring and furniture (Jan 2018) COME Stay on the World's Most famous Daytona Beach. The BEST Daytona Beach Club unit IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING offers a studio layout with a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa and (sleeps up to 4), one bathroom, full size kitchen and balcony on the 4TH floor overlooking the pool and ocean. The professional decor has been designed to compliment the ocean & beach with the turquoise blue, sand and white colors. Clean, crisp and modern. You feel like you are staying at the most expensive hotel on Daytona Beach BUT FOR 1/2 THE PRICE! The Beach Club has a beautifully clean & large pool, large balcony facing the east with direct oceanfront views. This unit gives you everything you need: linens, shower & pool towels, silverware, plates & dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove top, flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi. An iPad docking station so you can bring your tunes to this fun & fresh place! Sorry no pets allowed. The location is within walking distance to the Ocean Center, restaurants and shopping.

The view can not get any better! It is very clean and well maintained condo. The Daytona Beach Club has a new brick paved pool deck, and a large outdoor pool. Garage parking, community laundry room and security are the main features of the building. Sorry no pets are allowed. 1 mile north of Main St. and the Daytona Pier where there is a midway for the kids and lots of restaurants and action for everyone. Just blocks from the Ocean Walk Villages, the Bandshell, & 2 doors down from the brand new Hard Rock Hotel. Condo is also wheelchair friendly! there is an elevator right beside the parking and the condo is located right across the hall from the elevator. The pool is also wheelchair accessible.

There is no trailer parking at the building. Sorry, it’s a building rule, not mine.

I am sorry to hear the building didn’t meet your expectations. The building just got a $1 million face lift in 2017, including new exterior paint. Therefore to say the outside of the building doesn’t look nice, isn’t really accurate. Most buildings in Daytona Beach are older and the the “classic beach look” is maintained on them to keep the charm of the area. As for elevators, I’m a world traveller and have rarely stayed in a building that has had an elevator that’s fast enough for me. My unit is right in front of the elevator so when you get off it it’s nice and close to unload your groceries etc. I’m sorry for the door not being locked upon check in. It’s the cleaners second week working for me and she has had trouble locking it (as it’s a lockbox which some people aren’t familiar using ). I’ve owned this unit for 4 years now and have never had a safety issue yet. Hopefully people will take this review with a grain of salt as it’s a bit harsh for a Daytona Beach newly renovated room and building.

If George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
