Très lumineux petit appartement d’une chambre tout récemment rénové et très calme. Large baie vitrée donnant sur une terrasse meublée orientée plein sud avec belle vue dégagée sur le Coq. Très bien équipé. Wifi dans l’appartement. Logement pour un maximum de 4 adultes et un bébé.

L'immeuble est situé sur la digue du Coq (On passe de l’immeuble à la plage sans traverser de rue). L’immeuble comporte une magnifique piscine de 18m réservée aux résidents ainsi qu’une piscine séparée pour enfants.

L’appartement est petit, très fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Le lit double est de 160cmX200cm. Le canapé lit dans le salon a les mêmes dimensions.

Pour le bébé : lit à cage, siège de table, coussin à langer, pot.

Cuisine américaine très bien équipée (taque à induction, four, four à micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, frigo-congélateur, vaisselle pour 6 personnes, casseroles, poêles et nombreux ustensiles de cuisine). Tout y est prévu pour rendre votre séjour agréable (jeux de société, jeux de plage, sièges de plage, guides, plans et documentation touristique de la région, lecteur DVD, location de film (Belgacom).

Facilité de parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble. Les consommations de chauffage, eau chaude, eau froide et d'électricité sont refacturées en fonction de la consommation réelle. La somme de la garantie sera remboursée au Locataire après restitution des clés et après que le Bailleur ce soit assuré qu’il n’y ait aucun dégât et aucun manque. Ce remboursement se fera dans les plus brefs délais et au plus tard dans les quinze jours par virement au compte qu’avait utilisé le Locataire pour le dépôt de la garantie.

Oh Monsieur quel commentaire ! Il est positif : je le savais, vous me l’aviez annoncé. Mais quel luxe de détails ! Votre enthousiasme se lit à chaque ligne ! Vou m’avez fait remarquer quelque chose à quoi je n’avais pas pensé: l’armoire de plage c’est tout cela de sable en moins dans l’appartement. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lalla Ouafaa (the owner) a message.

If Lalla Ouafaa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
