Ce Duplex est un meublé de tourisme officiellement CLASSÉ 4**** en raison de ses prestations de qualité, de son confort et de son emplacement au sein d’une résidence comprenant PISCINE, TENNIS et PARC. Il est également LABELLISÉ 4 Clés par l’organisme Clévacances, certification représentant un véritable gage de qualité...

Ce logement a été REFAIT A NEUF récemment et sa DÉCORATION fut très soignée + WIFI + une place de PARKING privative + EQUIPEMENTS BÉBÉ + FOURNITURE DES DRAPS et SERVIETTES de bain + TERRASSE.

La RÉSIDENCE PIÉTONNIÈRE s'étend sur 3 hectares et comprend également 2 terrains de TENNIS et une PISCINE chauffée du 1er MAI au 30 SEPTEMBRE.

Ce DUPLEX "comme une maison", est situé entièrement AU CALME dans un quartier privilégié où tout est ACCESSIBLE A PIEDS, que ce soit la PLAGE (5 minutes à pieds), le CENTRE-VILLE (Quartier de l'église à 8 minutes, Casino de jeux à 13 minutes) ou les COMMERCES (moins de 2 minutes).

L' appartement est composé au niveau-bas d'un séjour (comprenant un canapé-lit 2 places) sur terrasse, d'une cuisine ouverte, d'une chambre avec un lit double, d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et d'un WC buanderie.

A l'étage se trouve la chambre parentale à l'architecture normande avec un lit Queen-Size, une salle d'eau moderne (avec colonne hydromassante) avec un WC.

La COMPOSITION IDÉALE de ce Duplex permet à 2 couples (par exemple d'amis ) de vivre de façon complémentaire et indépendante car le Niveau-Haut comme le Niveau-Bas dispose chacun d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain et d'un WC.

L' appartement est équipé d'une BOX SFR. Il est donc pourvu de la WIFI...

La CUISINE est aménagée d'un four traditionnel, d'un four à micro-ondes, de plaques de cuisson vitrocéramique, d'un réfrigérateur avec bac à congélation, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une cafetière Nespresso (et d'une cafetière classique), d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire, d'une hotte... Dans le wc du niveau-bas, il y a un lave-linge séchant.

Une voiture n'est pas forcément nécessaire pour profiter pleinement de Deauville depuis la résidence, néanmoins il est aisé de se garer car l'appartement dispose d'une PLACE DE PARKING PRIVATIVE.

LE LINGE DE MAISON est fourni dans sa totalité (draps, serviettes de toilette et torchon, (hors serviettes de plage et drap bébé/turbulette pour le lit parapluie)).

Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants, amoureux de la Côte Fleurie et de la magnifique Normandie.Nous avons acquis cet appartement, à titre de résidence secondaire, pour nous y rendre régulièrement et profiter ainsi du grand air et de la mer le plus souvent possible...Nous l'avons fait entièrement refaire à neuf et équipé à notre goût en cherchant à soigner au mieux la décoration et le confort.
