From the owner

Luxury condo suite at the beach has wonderful views of the ocean and fishing pier. This top (4th) floor suite layout provides privacy within to the bedroom and master bathroom. The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan with a counter bar. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors of the living room open up to the new large balcony which now has an unobstructed glass railings. Linens are provided for the two double beds in the bedroom as well as the pull out couch in the living room. Towels are provided for each of the two full bathrooms as well as the beach. A pass is provided for convenience to enjoy a two piece set of cushioned lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach.
Additional features include marble tile throughout, heated pool, secure parking, picnic area, Central Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, Cable Channels, and 2 HD TV's, for additional information or clarification on amenities please contact the manager.

Deerfield Beach is very walkable where you can enjoy the one mile boardwalk on the beach side of the building. Walking a half block north begins the dining and restaurant options walking south you can continue to enjoy the breeze and nature of the ocean. Deerfield Beach has done an extraordinary job showcasing this jewel of a beach. Brick pavers line the ocean walk for a mile stretch. The green space of lawn between the ocean walk and the beach is truly unique lined with palm trees it provides a perfect space to relax on the lawn in the shade and enjoy the beach. Outdoor showers are provided to rinse off after a dip in the ocean or a walk along the beach. Only a short one minute walk along the beach brings you to the new pier and facilities with world class fishing.

CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
