Just a stones throw away from the seaside, this brand new 2 bedroom Colonial style luxury apartment with a sea view in Colombo Mount Lavinia is the perfect accommodation for your getaway in Colombo.

Comfortably spacious at 1200 sqf, the apartment is tastefully decorated with Colonial style furniture & interior, a fully equipped modern kitchen and everything you would need to make you feel at home.

You’ll love homely feeling apartment for its fantastic sea views and tasteful decor. Situated on the 4th floor, the whole apartment is very cozy and airy. Bedrooms and living/dining areas have air conditioning and balconies with unobstructed ocean views.

One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have hot & cold water. Hotel standard bed linen and towels are provided with toiletries included.

The fully equipped kitchen and includes high quality appliances including oven & washing machine, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, etc. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, etc. are provided.

A 46 inch flat screen TV, free WiFi and Cable TV are included.

Some magazines have been provided for your reading pleasure, including travel magazines which you may find useful in planning your holiday in Sri Lanka.

The apartment is situated in a great location. It is also a 2 minute walk to the main road (Galle Road) where you can easily access to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and a minute walk to Mount Lavinia beach surrounded with famous seafood restaurants, dining, pubs & nightlife to relax and enjoy.

There are banks, a post office, pharmacy, market, bakery, etc. on main (Gall Road), where the apartment is situated. Lots of interesting shops are just around the corner. It's 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk to the city centre, during the day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
