It is ideally located for those who wish to explore the area and is very popular with tourists. Being a commercial hub, it is within walking distance to the Railway Station with easy access to various modes of transportation such as buses, vehicle rentals and taxis. It is at the very doorstep of a variety of amenities such as supermarkets, takeaways, banks, post office, medical care and a range of restaurants, bars and cafes that serve world call cuisine. The world famous Mount Lavinia Hotel is just a few minutes away from the apartment whilst its just a 5 minute walk to the pristine Mount lavinia beach. The apartment is only 23 miles from the Bandaranaike International and is only a 30-45 minute drive from the apartment to Colombo where you can enjoy the ambiance of Colombo by night at many five star hotels, visit the Galle Face Promenade, Colombo Harbour and enjoy a spot of shopping at some of Sri Lanka’s most popular shopping arcades.

The spacious first floor apartment offers a very comfortable and relaxing holiday with all the comforts of a home. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ranjan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
