No TV reception. Huge garden opposite with summer house available Easter to end of Sept which has a kitchenette and shower. 3 Newhall Green is a wonderful place for relaxation. Nearby there are stunning beaches at Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and Trebarwith Strand
