This detached barn conversion is set on the owner's working farm in Henllan near Denbigh and sleeps two people.Popty Bach is a detached barn conversion set on the owner's working sheep and cattle farm in Henllan near Denbigh. The cottage sleeps two people in one galleried king-size double bedroom with an en-suite basin and WC. There is also a ground floor shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking and a courtyard patio with furniture and a lawned garden. Popty Bach is an ideal base for a quiet holiday or break away at any time of the year.

Freestanding electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Courtyard patio with furniture and lawned garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Babes-in-arms only. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The small North Wales village of Henllan is situated between Denbigh and the Diamond Jubilee City of St Asaph. The village offers a shop/Post Office and a pub, which serves good food. St Asaph was awarded city status in 2012 and is best known for its magnificent white cathedral. In September, the city comes alive with the arrival of the North Wales International Music festival, which takes place across numerous locations, culminating for the last few years in a television finale, broadcast from the cathedral.
