Detached barn conversion near Bylchau, County Conwy, amongst the owner's working farmland, with three bedrooms accommodating up to six people.This wonderful, detached barn conversion is situated near Bylchau in County Conwy, amongst the owner's working farmland at the end of a farm track. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, along with a second double bedroom and one with twin beds upstairs. In the utility is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and upstairs is a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. At the front of the property is a conservatory extension with comfy seating for five, and there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar and a dining table, along with comfy seating for two in front of Bi-fold doors. The snug has exposed stone walls, wooden beams and a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for eight cars, a paved patio with furniture and a raised lawned garden. A fantastic holiday home for exploring North Wales.

Note: Driveway is a farm track, not suitable for low suspension vehicles.

Denbigh is a busy little town, with a variety of shops and pubs, and a number of events including walking festivals, beer festivals, the Denbigh and Flint Annual Show, the Denbigh Plum Festival, and a monthly People's market. Plenty to see and do at any time of the year!
