Villa HI-KU-ME is a very cozy and spacious private villa in the north of Bali, near Lovina. The villa offers a sleeps of up to 1-5 people, features a large 4x12 meter private pool and has direct access to the quiet beach with a sea suitable for swimming and snorkeling,

The villa is situated on 1500m2 of own land and grows in the walled garden and blooms lots of tropical plants. There is plenty of space on the terrace which offers a wide view of the garden and Bali sea where you can experience beautiful sunsets.

Due to its quiet location, its own swimming pool, location directly by the sea and the presence of an experienced fine chef / housekeeper, the villa is ideal for families, couples or friends and anyone who wants to enjoy all the comfort and privacy in a beautiful and authentic environment .

Facilities

The villa has 2 bathrooms and is very spacious, clean and provided with towels.

There are 2 bedrooms each with 1 very large double bed (200x220). 1 bedroom has an extra single bed.

The bedrooms have good / quiet airco's;

The spacious and well-appointed living room overlooks the pool's garden and sea and has a seating area with satellite and cable TV with BVN, DVD player and DVDs, 6-seater dining table and bookcase with books for reading.

There are 4 sun beds with comfortable skate-leather mattresses. Towels and beach towels are included.

The kitchen has a range of electrical appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, mixer) and plenty of cooking utensils.

Behind the garden, by the sea, you have 2 Balinese restrooms Lombok style (the Lumbung) where you can relax, read, or bubble comfortably. The ultimate place to enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunsets is on the balcony on the first floor of the Lumbungs,

The plot is fenced with a 2 meter high wall at the seaside, you can reach the beach by a walk. You are therefore completely private. There is also an outdoor shower to get rid of salt and sand. The garden is beautifully lit in the evening, under the illuminated Pergola you can read or enjoy your drink.

Service

The villa has its own permanent staff. Housekeeper Juni is available from Monday to Saturday to keep the house clean and take care of the laundry, but also provides your breakfast and lunch / dinner if you wish. This service is included. You only pay the groceries and a small fee for gasoline / expenses.

She can also arrange taxis, bicycles, massage, dolphin tours etc.

The gardeners maintain the evergreen garden and provide a clean swimming pool and terrace.

By night, the night watcher will give you an extra safe feeling and he stays up until dawn.

During your stay, you will also have a permanent contact (local helpdesk) for all your other questions.

Beach and sea

The quiet beach consists of clean lava sand and you regularly see fishermen passing by.

In the winter months the sea can be higher and wilder, with the beach less accessible. However, throughout the year, both the climate and sea are pleasantly hot in Bali.

Dolphins

The sea at Lovina is famous for its dolphins and staff can arrange an excursion to spot dolphins early in the morning. The sunrise at sea alone is already worth the effort.

Environment

The villa is in a quiet area 7 minutes from Lovina,

Lovina is a 7-minute drive away, where you can find cozy cafés and restaurants and arrange a variety of excursions.

Transport

There is a regular driver on call for short or long day trips to any place in Bali. In the villa there is a tourist activity book with tips for possible tours.

Transfer from or to the airport in Denpasar we can arrange for a fixed fee for you.

How do damage deposits work?
