The cottage can accommodate from 8 to 12 people spread over 4 bedrooms and the mezzanine. It has a surface of 170 m² including 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. It offers a comfortable, spacious and bright cottage. The cottage is located in Denée, a charming village on the banks of the Loire, with a large garden where your children can romp in complete safety, the property is closed. You can stay with family or friends, the living room of 42 m² is equipped with a large fireplace, 2 sofas and 2 armchairs with TV and DVD player, a large table that can accommodate your guests. Outside, in the shade of a pergola where a wisteria runs a table can accommodate 12 people, with barbecue, sun loungers and games for children. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and .... various small appliances. Why can't I call Daniel (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
