Charming apartment in a gated urbanization of Andalusian style 200m from the beach of Las Marinas and 3.5 km from Casco Urbano, the apartment is a ground floor and has direct access to the central pool and gardens of the urbanization, 50 meters from the bus stop that goes to the center. Equipped with air conditioning and Internet (Wifi). The space is ideal for couples or families with 1 or 2 children, has everything you need for the comfort of guests, People with reduced mobility, No wheelchair, will also be comfortable between us, the main pool is adapted with special access ladder and safety bar. The living room integrates the kitchen and has kitchenware, ceramic hob, capsule and other Italian coffee machine, microwave, toaster, TV. 36-inch flat, Blue ray, books, DVds. and mini music chain. Independent bedroom with 150cm bed. and large built-in wardrobe. Bed linen, bath and beach towels included. Travel cot, clothes to dress the crib and high chair. The apartment is a fantastic place for those families traveling with 1 or 2 children, you can have a coffee or a beer on the porch while watching our children playing in the garden. Equally fantastic for young or older couples who want to relax and have fun on their vacations. The Restaurant 3 * Michelin Quique Da Costa is located a short distance away. We can make small escapades in search of markets in the area, or longer ones going to Ibiza or Mallorca, Los Ferrys leave here, in Denia.
