Ideally located in a quiet, upscale residential setting, between Les Rotes and the Marina. A lovely duplex two blocks from La Marineta Cassiana Beach in Denia, Alicante, Spain. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and downtown Denia. The front garden is private and leads to the main entrance through an open porch.

Enjoy outdoor dining in the back patio that opens up to the community lawn and swimming pool.

Newly renovated kitchen includes microwave oven, all basic cooking utensils, small appliances and washing machine. The master bedroom has a brand new queen-size bed, the second bedroom is furnished with two new twin size beds, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed that opens up into two single beds. Modern bathroom upstairs with walking shower. Exercise equipment in fitness park two blocks from the house, as well as walking/biking path by the sea. Hiking trails in the Natural Park of Montgó are just a 5 min. car ride behind the house.

Fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, boat trips, and other water sports easily accessible. Ideal vacation spot for couples and families with 2-3 children.

These guests did not meet rental expectations. They left dirty dishes, stained bedding, and a broken bed. In general, they were irresponsible and careless of the property. Unfortunately, we did not find out about damages in time to collect the security deposit. Definitely, we do not recommend them as guests.

Why can't I call Pilar (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pilar (the owner) a message.

If Pilar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
