3 bedroom apartment in Denia, sleeps 6, 2 double beds, 2 singles, one cot, with beautiful pool and gardens, 2 minutes walk from long sandy beach.

- Living room with new AirCon/Heating system with 2 sofas, extendable dining table with seating 7/8.

- Good-sized terrace overlooking pool and garden, with seating for 6

- Kitchen with range of equipment, crockery and cutlery, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, clothes dryer, washing machine.

- Wifi, 32” flat screen TV with Apple TV box.

Secure gated development with residents' only pool, which has 4 areas of varying depth around an island. The garden is beautifully maintained with mature palm trees, hibicus and roses.

2 minutes' walk from back gate of complex from 2 km sandy Les Marines Beach (part of the 20 km stretch of Denia's beaches), consistently awarded Blue Flag for cleanliness and facilities. Local area has a beach cafe and bar and a parade of shops, bars and restaurants, including peak time supermarket and beach goods. In Denia, 2 km from centre (20 minute walk or 5 minute drive).

Denia is between Alicante and Valencia (about an hours' drive from each airport) and is close to Javia. It retains the charm of the old fishing village it was and has now grown into a good-sized busy town without loss of charm with a glamorous port area. Few buildings are over 5 storeys high, centred around an ancient castle. It has a fishing and ferry port (why not visit Ibiza and Menorca?). Very Spanish in flavour as many weekend from Madrid and Valencia and surrounding areas.

Trip Advisor lists around 300 reviewed restaurants in Denia and the quality of food is often impressive and very family friendly. The scenery is spectacular as Denia is surrounded by the Montgo mountains, a nature reserve. Hire a car to visit the wider region, or hire bicycles to see more of the interesting local area. Many activities are close by, including golf at La Sella, riding, quad biking, canyoning, coasting, sailing, all sorts of water sports including, water skiing, jet skiing, flyboarding, etc. We have been coming for many years and each time we find new things to do.

This apartment was spacious and very well situated for the beach. Any queries were speedily and efficiently resolved. We had a very good time here.

The beach close by was the only positive about this rental

All the kitchen utensils were old and dirty, the apartment was old fashioned and tired, balcony got no sun, no sun loungers for the pool. All in all we were glad to get home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Charlotte (the owner) a message.

If Charlotte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
