Modern,bright 2 bedroom, air conditioned ground floor apartment, with large terrace and steps leading down to a small south facing garden.

Situated just 300m from the beautiful, sandy "Las Marinas" beach, with the picturesque, bustling cosmopolitan centre of Denia, with its shops, sights, marina and multitude of bars and restaurants just 10 minutes walk away. There are also a few bars and restaurants close to the apartment complex.

The accommodation has been furnished to an extremely high standard and comprises a combined lounge/dining room with 2 leather sofa/sofa beds, TV (Spanish), DVD and dining table with six chairs. This room has sliding patio doors which lead out to the terrace which is ideal for outside eating and BBQ's. There is a table and chairs to seat six as well as two sun loungers and a necessary retractable awning for when you want to eat or rest out of the sun.

The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave as well as all the usual items expected in a kitchen.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Sliding patio doors lead out to the terrace.

The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. It also has its own shower room / toilet.

The sofa bed can accommodate an extra person, but please note that the space in the living area is limited when the bed is extended.

All windows have external shutters. These are electrically controlled on the patio doors.

The property includes an allocated underground secure parking space which is accessed from either stairs or a lift located just outside the apartment.

Communal WiFi is available within the apartment at no charge. Please note that this WiFi is not suitable for streaming music, videos or games.

The complex also has a 50m dolphin-shaped pool and a separate children's pool set within landscaped gardens. Additionally there is a business centre with several PC's allowing internet access, a children's play area, gymnasium and sauna.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
