It is a luxury apartment, a ground floor (apartment 'G2') located in the urbanization with a constructed area of ​​115 square meters, has 2 bedrooms with latex mattresses in a quiet urbanization with fully fitted and equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, washing machine , dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet, living room with sofa bed of 1.35 m., with TV, Freeview and DVD (DivX), central air conditioning in dining room and bedrooms, elevator, two terraces ( the main one of 43 square meters and another one of 11 square meters), gallery, exotic gardens, a swimming pool for adults and another for children and a Jacuzzi that are open all year. The beach is only 100 m. so you leave the Urbanization and you have a direct access to the beach and located 700 m. from the center of the town so you can go to the center of town walking. The urbanization Brisas de Denia offers you the best apartment you can find. In a privileged area, with a distinguished atmosphere and within a private, discreet and exclusive urbanization. The urbanization is totally closed to traffic. Denia is located southeast of the Iberian Peninsula, with the nearby Cabo de San Antonio being the closest point of the peninsula to the Balearic Islands. The city is located in a natural harbor, between the slopes of Mount Montgó (753 meters high), and at the foot of a hill crowned by an ancient castle. The port divides two types of coast: the one of the north, called "Les Marines" of sandy beach with shallow waters. The one in the south, "Les Rotes" is a rocky beach that is transformed, at the source of Cape San Antonio, into a cliff with small coves of cold water due to the filtration of fresh water springs from the Montgó. It has a privileged climate, typical Mediterranean, with an annual average temperature of 18ºC, rainfall of 500 mm / year, and an insolation of 2,500 hours of annual clear sun. There are good communications by road (National 332 and Highway AP-7), near the cities of Alicante and Valencia, both with international airport. We also have a picturesque train, the Trenet de la Marina, which connects us to Alicante. By sea there are daily departures to the island of Ibiza.
