Central air conditioning will keep you comfortable this summer in this well cared for two story cape home located just .75 miles to Glendon Beach. Eat in kitchen and a separate dining room. Hardwood floors and a living room featuring a sea captain's motif. Screened porch and deck overlook a wooded and private back yard. Amenities include 2 TV's, cable, WIFI, dishwasher, keurig coffee maker, washer, dryer and microwave. A gas grill and picnic table are provided for your barbeque needs.

This was our second year at this house. My family and I love not only the size of the house, but the location. We always find the house very clean when we arrive.
