Lovely, spacious contemporary Cape with water views. Home is situated on a quiet lane just .2 mile to Seaview beach. This tastefully decorated home offers one window a/c in the downstairs Bedroom, a oversized Mitsubishi 24,000 BRU split air AC that cools the upstairs loft and bedroom, a skylight, microwave, dishwasher, stereo, internet, cable, and four televisions. Living room and loft TV will have cable. TV's in the bedrooms offer streaming services. First floor laundry with washer and dryer. Multi level decks and beautiful new patio installed in the 2022 season. Comfortable teak patio table and chairs and beautiful gas fireplace with serene river views, makes the patio a fantastic and relaxing spot to be!

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Best house. Cozy and perfect size the stores and shopping are excellent. I loved the house it was perfect and well equipped for two teenagers as well
