Well maintained home offers beautiful, shining hardwood floors. Galley kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent dining area. Cozy living room. There is an additional half bath off of the main bedroom. Amenities include washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and internet service. Only .3 miles to Sea Street beach and Sundae School ice cream parlor. Nice yard with side deck off of the kitchen offering a patio table with umbrella and chairs and a gas grill.
