Acacia Hill is a modern and luxury 4*residential complex, situated on the hillside which is surrounded by greenery with olive groves, above the village of Djenovici in a suburb of the historic city called Herceg-Novi. It has fantastic views across the Kotor Bay, Lovcen mountain, unspoiled nature of Lustica Peninsula & luxury marina of Portonovi resort. The promenaded shoreline is just 400 meters walk and it has to offer many nice and cozy beaches with a crystal-clear water, restaurants and bars.

This bright, modern and finished to a high standards apartment offering a stunning sea view, large dining outdoor terrace in a big private garden with rattan sun loungers and BBQ area, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with high quality appliances, qualitatively furnished living room area, comfortable bedroom with oak flooring and a queen size bed inside, a bathroom finished by Italian porcelain tiles and fixtures.

The main area of a building is the infinity swimming pool placed at the big terrace and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. For our small guests there is a child swimming pool and playground available. Also, at the complex territory visitors can find a parking space.

This summer our guests are welcome to explore the unique neighborhood resort called Portonovi! It is an exclusive resort community elegantly positioned at the entrance of Boka Bay. Key elements of the resort will be its 238-berth D-Marin Portonovi Marina, Europe’s first One&Only resort and Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa. The resort also feature world renowned and authentic restaurants, along with high end retail zone. The resort reveal the Portonovi Village, Marina Residences and promenade area, with squares, parks, wide sandy beaches and fully operational D-Marin marina.
