The Villa has 2 Bedrooms, 1 has a Queen Size Bed, the Other Bedroom has 2 King Size Single Beds, all have Designer Linen, Electric Blankets, Feather Duvets and Feather Pillows a Radio Clock Radio and Sliding Wardrobes Doors.

The Open Plan Living/Dining Room comprises of Air Conditioner/Heating, Comfortable Leather Sofas and Chairs, TV/DVD, Stereo Radio/CD player, Dining Table and Gorgeous old Carved Edwardian Chairs, Books, Games, DVD’s, Magazines and Tourist Brochures.

The Kitchen has a Fridge/Freezer/Ice Maker, Drip Filter Coffee Machine with Bean Grinder and Timer, so you can wake up in the Morning to the Smell of Freshly Made Coffee. Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Wall Oven, Gas Cook Top, Sandwich Press, All Utensils Supplied.etc. Cutlery, Dishes and Saucepans.

Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Condiments.

The Bathroom has a Vanity Sink, Toilet and Walk in Shower Shower plus Fluffy Bath Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap for your personal use.

There is also another private 2nd Toilet.

The Laundry has a LG Front Loading Washing Machine and a separate Miele Heat Pump Dryer.

There is a lovely Garden with a Pond and Waterfall, where you can Relax and sit on old Victorian Benches sipping a glass of wine, also a Covered Gazebo with a BBQ were you can have Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, which will warmly invite you to sit inside on Hot Summer Days.

Ocean Beach Villa is a short stroll to the famous Spirit of Tasmania Ferry Terminal, the Shops, Supermarket, Cafes, and the Local Pub The Local Hotel where you can Play Pool with the Locals or Dine in their Restaurant.

Enjoy the Long Walking / Cycling Track which winds its way along the Stunning Ocean Front which eventually leads you close to Devonport Airport, or in Summer catch the Spirit of Devonport the small Ferry across the Mersey River to Devonport where there are some interesting places to visit including the Tiagarra Aboriginal Culture Centre which has a good collection of rare Petroglyphs of which some can still be seen in their original locations along a short trail - a rare opportunity well worth taking up.

The Devonport Maritime Museum is one of the best in the State.

Pandemonium: The Devonport Discovery and Adventure Centre see Science Shows and Special Events forth the young and young at heart.

West of town is Don River Steam Railway in Don which has Railway Memorabilia and lovely leisurely Train rides along the scenic Don River.

There is also the Famous Antique Emporium where you can while away a few hours or visit The Regional Art Gallery Art Gallery, Shops and Restaurants, plus to many more places to mention.

Devonport is the Gateway to all of Tasmania, there are so many lovely old Town's close by including Sheffield which is Famous for the Amazing Street Murals or Visit some of our Lovely Wineries, including Ghost Rock where you can Enjoy a Leisurely Lunch while Sampling their Famous Award Winning Wines.
