The apartment is inside a modern villa which is located in a small park with a splendid view of both the sea and the Calabrian hills. The private pool inside the villa's own garden is also available for guests from Monday to Friday. PLEASE NOTE THAT USE OF THE POOL IS RESERVED ONLY FOR GUESTS OF THE 2 APARTMENTS PRESENT IN THE VILLA. We are in Diamante, a small town in the upper Tyrrhenian Sea also known as the Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, renowned for its murals and the Chili Pepper Festival held every year in September. The sea, the cliffs and the beautiful island of Cirella are part of the recently established Marine Park of the Cedar Riviera. But it is not only the sea that is the only attraction of the place, in Diamante, in addition to the many bars, restaurants and bars, you can enjoy the sports facilities of the Corvino park, tennis courts, both synthetic and clay, equipped for water sports, as well as, a few km from both the Cetraro Golf Club and two riding schools. Furthermore, we remind you that Calabria is not only sea but it is also rich in beautiful and wild mountains first of all the Pollino where it is possible to go rafting at various levels, and then the Sila Grande with its lakes and the Sila Piccola all places easily accessible. Connections: by train Diamante station by car A3 and then SS18 by plane Lamezia Terme airport about 110 km away or Naples Capodichino airport at 250 km but well connected by public transport The private transfer from Lamezia Terme airport is also organized. The apartment consists of two rooms with independent entrance and large panoramic balcony. On the floor there is a living room with a kitchenette with an area, a double sofa bed and a complete bathroom; two balconies overlook the panoramic balcony equipped with table chairs and umbrella to enjoy outdoor dining. The bedroom is located in the attic which is accessed by a comfortable staircase from the living room and there is a second bathroom with a bidet toilet and sink. Reserved for esclusive use of the guests a portion of the garden, equipped with deckchairs and sunshade and a comfortable outdoor shower with hot and cold water, allows you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Equipment: fridge / frezeer, microwave, washing machine, LCD television, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels are provided. Water, electricity and gas consumption are included. In July and August the minimum stay is 7 days and the weeks are always from Saturday to Saturday Guest Access The entire garden of the villa is available for guests from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7pm. In the garden in addition to the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and large masonry sofa guests will find the ping pong table, table football, a comfortable hammock to relax.
