Namnyak Villa is a spacious villa of about 340 sqm located in a beautiful exotic tropical garden full of flowers, fruit trees, palm trees, it is frequented by butterflies and many kinds of birds.
Built in African style, with the traditional Kenyan Makuti roof, is well ventilated and cool.
You will find two large bedrooms each with a big double bed (one king size) fitted with mosquito net, wardrobe, ceiling fan; both rooms have a bathroom with shower.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with a small freezer, gas stove with an electric stove, oven, water heater, toaster, American coffee machine, microwave, blender, numerous pots and pans etc.).
Enjoy your meals in the dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the flower garden and the swimming pool; two large sofas allow you to relax in the shade during the sunniest hours of the day or in the cool breeze during the evening hours.
Upstairs there is a large open space where you will find the living room, two comfortable sofas, two armchairs and TV; here there are also two single beds. Out you find a terrace overlooking the garden, with table sofa and chairs.
There are also four sun loungers to enjoy the sun in the garden or in the pool inside our property.
On the same plot there is another villa, Namnyak Nikini, but despite this your privacy is guaranteed; they are well separated by a hedge.
Both villas have a their own entrance and a carport, and, as the property is quite large, about 2.000sqm, you have enough space too to enjoy in privacy your time in the property to the fullest.
It may happen,sometimes, that both houses are occupied, in this case you will share the swimming pool.
Instead, if you are a larger group or family and you travel with more than 6 people we can offer you additional accommodations directly next door, in Namnyak Nikini, where we can give hospitality to at least other 5 adults.
Namnyak Villa is set in a property within a quiet private gated complex, with 24hr security, in Diani Beach – Galu Kinondo.
The plot is about 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful white sandy beach of Diani. Soak up the sun at the sight of the magnificent Indian Ocean or enjoy yourself with snorkeling, diving, excursion to the reef or kite–surfing, skydive and much more.
Everything you need, such as supermarkets, banks, shops, pharmacies as well as restaurants and bars, you can reach in a few minutes by car. If you do not have a car no problem, easily you can find a taxi or if you prefer a " matatu ", the traditional and characteristic minibus, or a tuk -tuk, the picturesque three-wheeled taxi or even a " boda - boda " , fast and cheap moto-taxi.
Kenya is also the land of safaris and Diani Beach is also a starting point for beautiful parks.
However you could discover much more how to spend either your days outdoors or your pleasure evenings.
