New and exciting villa in Diani Beach outside Mombasa on the south coast of Kenya.

Only 5 minutes walk from the long, white, sandy beaches of the Indian Ocean. Enjoy the comfort of having your own, private villa with pool, garden, daily cleaning and watchman. The villa is 170 m2. It can accomodate up to 8 people (up to 6 adults and 2 children).

The master bedroom has 1 big king size double bed (200x200cm), private bathroom and a big balcony.

Bedroom 2 has 1 king size bed (180x200cm) and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 1 queen size bed (120x190cm) and 1 bunk bed with 2 beds (90x190cm).

All bedrooms have aircondition and all beds have mosquito nets

On the ground floor there is a daybed (120x190cm) which can also be used at night (suitable for disabled guests), a bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, a living room and a big terrace with a dining table and a sitting group.

Included in the rent is wifi, TV/radio with DVD player, music stereo player with Ipod station and a washing machine.

Not included is electricity (easily payed at location to caretaker who fill up prepaid meter - so you only pay for actual usage).

If you want the luxary of your own chef we can arrange that for an extra fee.

We give a 10% discount if you are only 2 guests using only one bedroom.

Surrounding the compound is a brick wall with an electrical fence connected to G4S.

In the villa there are 2 alarm buttons in case of medical or other emergencies.

Diani Beach is an excellent place to start a safari. The management can arrange safaris in cooperation with well known and reliable safari agencies.

Mombasa is easily accessible with direct flights from several European cities. We can arange for transport from the airport to the villa, a drive of about 40 minutes. The villa is situated in a quiet and safe area with many shops, restaurants and activities nearby.

My family had an awesome time at milele. The staff were excellent, and they catered to all our needs. Thanks to George and Humphrey! Milele villas is beautiful and a perfect place for a vacation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Ernst Ivar (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ernst Ivar (the owner) a message.

If Ernst Ivar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
