Casa Luciana, vacation rental in Diano Marina, Coast of Flowers – Liguria, Italy.

60 sqm apartment, on the ground floor, in a small villa with garden and sea view.

For 4 people maximum.

Perfect for those seeking relaxation and nature, Casa Luciana is surrounded by green Ligurian olive groves.

It is located 1,7 km from the nearest beach (Diano Marina).

Outside, under the veranda, patio with table and chair to eat al fresco.

Please note that, since the house is on a hill, the last part of the street is uphill (about 400 meters)

The apartment is on the ground floor, and you will have at your disposal, for exclusive use, a small private garden, very nice, with a soft blanket of grass.

Maximum privacy, thanks to a gate that separates the apartment from the entrance stairs to the owner’s apartment on the first floor.

You can have breakfast and lunch outdoor, under the veranda that communicates directly with the kitchen.

One double bedroom, two extra single beds in the living room (sofa beds).

The villa is far from the street, positioned slightly on the hill, with a magnificent view of the sea of Diano Marina and its Gulf.

The view stretches also on hills and inland villages, as Diano Castello.

In two minutes by car you can reach the sandy beaches of Diano Marina.

Free parking, protected inside the property; gate with motorized opening.

Typical restaurants just a few hundred meters.

Just one kilometer from the city centre.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.

We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.

- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.

- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.

- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.

- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 5 days, and only for guests from 12 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
