Only a few minutes (150m) walk from a pet friendly beach and child friendly parks, which is great as the owner has allowed for a SMALL well behaved dog to join you on your holiday. You will find this house is within comfortable walking distance to alfresco dining in both restaurants and cafes. A few small convenience shops are also dotted around the area.

Within the walls of this 2 story house you have the convenience of 2 living areas. A pool table and small bar area are also supplied in a glassed room opposite the swimming pool. The decor throughout is very fresh and appealing and there is plenty of room for the children to lay around and do their own thing.

3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs and comfortably sleeps 10. Beds consist of: Upstairs 2 x Queen beds, downstairs has 2 Queen beds and 2 king singles. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and gas cooking. The laundry is complete with washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool is lit to give an ambiance that some resorts could only hope to create.

LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas.  Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price.  However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival.  Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire. 

If you are travelling with a toddler that is not safe on stairs, please bring your own safety gates to reduce access between levels.

Pets welcome inside except on carpets and soft furniture: Please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival (or at the time of booking) of the kind of pet and size.  If we are unaware of a pet staying your bond will be withheld. ( see clause regarding pets in Terms and Conditions)
